Clip Camp Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between Clip Camp (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you regarding clip-camp.com, subdomains we operate under that domain, our Telegram bot, Mini App, PWA, and related services (the “Services”). The Services are intended primarily for users in India.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on clip-camp.com. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We are not obligated to provide prior notice except where required by law.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction where permitted by law.
Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and have legal capacity to agree. You represent that your use complies with applicable law in your location. We may refuse or discontinue access to anyone at any time for any reason or no reason.
Account and conduct
Access is tied to Telegram and our account records. You are solely responsible for activity under your identity and for securing your devices and Telegram account.
You must provide accurate information when requested. False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension, forfeiture of payouts or benefits, Trust Score changes, or permanent ban.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, for any actual or suspected violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, harm to others, operational need, or legal requirement. We are not liable for any such action.
Nature of the Services — no reliance
The Services provide education, tasks, community tools, analytics, and optional performance-based incentives under platform rules. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or investment relationship.
We do not guarantee any income, views, followers, payouts, offer availability, course outcomes, employment, or continued access. Estimates, dashboards, and pending balances are informational only and not promises of payment until we approve and complete a payout under our rules.
You are solely responsible for your social accounts, content, taxes, and compliance with third-party platform rules and law.
Offers, Trust Score, and payouts
Offer terms, rates, tasks, squads, Trust Score, holding periods, and anti-fraud checks are defined in the product or separate rules we publish or apply. We may change, suspend, or cancel offers and rules at any time. Abuse or circumvention may result in withheld or reversed benefits and account termination.
Payouts, when made, are typically in INR via UPI or methods we support through partners. You authorize us and partners to process payout instructions you provide. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by partners, banks, UPI networks, incorrect details you supply, or events outside our reasonable control.
Disputes and appeals follow processes we provide; our decisions on eligibility, fraud, and payouts are final to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject only to mandatory legal remedies.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Clip Camp a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submissions for any purpose related to the Services, offers, verification, marketing of the ecosystem, and legal protection, without further compensation unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You represent that you have all rights needed for your submissions and that they do not violate third-party rights or platform terms.
Our intellectual property
The Services and all materials we provide (software, branding, courses, digests, etc.) are our or our licensors’ property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services while we allow access. No other rights are granted.

Third-party platforms
The Services integrate with Telegram, Google/YouTube, Meta, and payment providers. We are not affiliated with them. Your use of their services is at your risk and under their terms.
If you connect YouTube or Meta accounts, you agree to applicable platform terms and privacy policies (see Privacy Policy). You grant only the permissions shown in the OAuth flow. Revocation may disable features without liability to us.
Restrictions
You must not: violate law; commit fraud or manipulate metrics; operate multiple accounts to evade rules; share or sell access; scrape or reverse engineer the Services; interfere with operation; upload malware; infringe IP or privacy; harass others; or overload systems. We may investigate and cooperate with authorities.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or results from use of the Services or linked social platforms.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLIP CAMP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS IS EXCLUDED OR LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING INDIAN LAW. NOTHING HEREIN EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER MANDATORY LAW.
If a court or authority holds that a monetary cap is required despite the foregoing, you agree that such cap shall be interpreted as the minimum liability imposed by mandatory law, not as an admission of likely damages.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clip Camp and its affiliates and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, your connected accounts, your payouts, or your breach of these Terms or law.
Termination and data
You may stop using the Services at any time. To request deletion of personal data we hold (including after disconnecting Google or Meta), follow Account and data deletion or Contact and grievance redressal (India) for India. We may terminate or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your license ends immediately. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence applies and cannot be waived.
Courses are free. These Terms do not govern payment for training; optional performance payouts are described above.
Personal data (India). Grievances and requests about personal data under the DPDP Act must follow Contact and grievance redressal (India), including the published ninety (90) day grievance response timeline where applicable.
You agree to contact [email protected] before formal proceedings on other matters so we may try to resolve the matter informally. We are not obligated to resolve disputes on any particular terms.
Subject to mandatory law, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. You waive any objection to venue in India to the extent permitted by law.
Where permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action against us.
General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
We are not liable for delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, war, epidemic, government action, network or platform outages, or failures of Telegram, Google, or Meta).
