Clip Camp — Account and data deletion

This page explains how to disconnect linked social accounts and request deletion of personal data Clip Camp holds about you. Use it if you removed Clip Camp in Meta (Facebook) Settings → Apps and Websites, revoked access in Google Account permissions, or no longer want us to process your data.
We do not delete your Telegram account. Telegram is operated by Telegram FZ-LLC; manage your Telegram profile in the Telegram app.

What you can delete
Depending on what you used, we may hold:
- Clip Camp profile and onboarding data tied to your Telegram user ID
- Google / YouTube or Meta (Instagram/Facebook) OAuth tokens and metrics or metadata we collected within permissions you approved
- Task, squad, payout, Trust Score, and support records associated with your account
- Technical logs referencing your account
Courses on Clip Camp are free; this page is not about refunds for paid training.
Option 1 — Disconnect a social account (no full deletion)
To stop new collection from a linked account without deleting all Clip Camp data:
- YouTube / Google: open Google Account permissions, select Clip Camp, and remove access.
- Instagram / Facebook: open Meta account settings → Apps and websites, select Clip Camp, and remove.
We will stop using that connection for new API calls after tokens are invalid or revoked. Previously stored data may remain until you submit a deletion request below or we delete it under our Privacy Policy retention rules.
Option 2 — Request deletion of your Clip Camp data
To request deletion of personal data we control (including data obtained from Google or Meta APIs):
- Email [email protected] with the subject line
Data deletion request. - Include:
- your Telegram username or Telegram user ID (if known);
- whether you linked YouTube, Instagram, and/or Facebook;
- if you already removed Clip Camp in Google or Meta settings, say so;
- any extra detail that helps us locate your account.
- We may reply to verify your identity before processing.
After we process an approved request, we will delete or anonymize personal data we are not required or permitted to retain (for example for fraud prevention, completed payout audit, tax, or legal obligations). We may retain certain records as described in our Privacy Policy.
Timeline: we handle deletion requests as part of our grievance and personal-data processes. For users in India, grievances about personal data are answered within not more than ninety (90) days from receipt where the DPDP Rules apply. We may complete deletion sooner when feasible.
We will provide a confirmation by email when we finish processing your request, where appropriate.
If you removed Clip Camp in Meta (Facebook)
When you remove our app in Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and ask Meta to notify us, Meta may send us a data deletion request (via callback, when enabled). We treat that as a request to delete Meta Platform Data we hold for you, consistent with this page and Meta’s Platform Terms. You may still email Data deletion request to [email protected] if you want confirmation or deletion of non-Meta Clip Camp data.
Meta App Dashboard — URLs to configure
Register both of the following in the Meta developer app under Settings → Basic → User data deletion (wording may vary in the dashboard):

The instructions URL is this page (when published at the path above). The callback URL must be a secure HTTPS endpoint that accepts Meta’s signed deletion request, starts deletion of Meta Platform Data for that user, and returns JSON with a status URL and confirmation_code as required by Meta’s data deletion callback documentation.
Until the callback endpoint is deployed, keep the instructions URL live; implement the callback before Meta app Live mode if the dashboard requires both.
Google user data
If you connected YouTube, we use data as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. To delete data Google shared with us through OAuth, follow Option 2 above after revoking access in Option 1. Revocation alone does not automatically erase copies already on our servers.
