How to exercise your rights (Data Principal)
You may contact us using the details above to:
- obtain information about personal data we process about you, where the Act requires us to provide it;
- request correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data;
- request erasure of personal data, where applicable under the Act (see also Account and data deletion for step-by-step deletion requests, including Google/Meta data);
- raise a grievance about our processing of your personal data;
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf, where the Act and our Terms of Use allow nomination — state the nominee’s name and contact details and the right you wish them to exercise.
What to include in your request
- Your name and a way to verify your Clip Camp / Telegram identity (for example Telegram username or user ID we can match to our records).
- A clear description of your request or grievance.
- Any reference numbers or dates that help us locate relevant data.
We may ask for reasonable additional information to verify your identity and process your request. We may decline or limit requests where the Act permits (for example legal retention, fraud prevention, or manifestly unfounded requests).
We will include the business contact information in Section Authorized contact above in our substantive reply when we respond to a communication about your rights under the Act.

Grievance redressal (personal data)
Clip Camp maintains a grievance redressal mechanism for Data Principals in India, as required under the DPDP Act.
How to lodge a grievance
- Email [email protected] with the subject line “DPDP Grievance”, or write to the authorized contact at the postal address above.
- Describe the issue and the personal data or processing concerned.
- Provide verification details as in How to exercise your rights.
Response timeline
We will respond to grievances regarding personal data within a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from receipt, as required under the DPDP Rules, unless a shorter period is prescribed and applicable to us.
If you are not satisfied with our response regarding personal data, you may use further remedies available under the DPDP Act (including escalation as provided by law from time to time).
Account and data deletion
Erasure and deletion requests are part of our personal-data handling. You may use either the grievance process above or the dedicated deletion flow below; use Data deletion request as the email subject when you want account/data removal (not only a general DPDP grievance).

We do not delete your Telegram account. Meta may notify us when you remove our app in Facebook settings; we treat that as a request to delete Meta Platform Data we hold, consistent with Account and data deletion.
